Flagship VII to redeem four classes of notes via April 20 refinancing

Minneapolis, April 3 – Flagship VII Ltd./Flagship VII LLC plans to redeem four classes of its notes in full via a refinancing, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed at 100% of the outstanding amount plus accrued interest on April 20.

The total redemption prices are as follows:

• $242,606,941.30 for the class A-1 notes;

• $20,176,500 for the class A-2 notes;

• $61,023,820.40 for the class B notes; and

• $29,491,278.03 for class C notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

New York-based Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc. is the investment manager.
