Cent CLO 20 directed to redeem five classes of notes via refinancing

Norfolk, Va., March 28 – Cent CLO 20 Ltd./ Cent CLO 20 Corp. received written direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to fully redeem five classes of notes through a refinancing, according to a notice.

Cent will redeem its class A, B-1, B-2, C and D notes on April 25.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.

Boston-based Columbia Management Investment Advisors, LLC originally priced the notes in December 2013.
