OHA Loan Funding 2014-1 to redeem four note classes via refinancing

Columbus, Ohio, March 10 – OHA Loan Funding 2014-1, LLC’s subordinated noteholders exercised their right to require a redemption of four classes of notes, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co.

The following will be redeemed in whole on March 24, with the amount listed reflecting par plus accrued interest:

• $509,271,449 of class A-1 notes;

•$25,148,844 of class A-2 notes;

• $52,303,040 of class B-1 notes; and

• $30,029,023 of class B-2 notes.

The notes will be redeemed using refinancing proceeds. The class C, D, E and subordinated notes will note be redeemed.
