Petrusse European CLO plans redemption of all notes on June 15

Columbus, Ohio, May19 – Petrusse European CLO SA said holders of a majority of its €26.5 million of outstanding subordinated notes due 2017 have requested the issuer’s notes be redeemed in full on June 15.

The notes were issued in 2004, according to a notice.
