Matterhorn buys CHF 3 million, €3.15 million notes due 2022, 2023

New York, June 27 – Matterhorn Mobile SA announced further repurchases of its notes, saying that its Matterhorn Telecom SA subsidiary repurchased CHF 3 million of its 3 5/8% senior secured notes due 2022 and its Matterhorn Telecom Holding SA subsidiary bought back €3.15 million of its 4 7/8% senior notes due 2023.

The notes were purchased on June 24, according to notices from the issuers.

After the buybacks, the notes were canceled, leaving CHF 423,057,000 of the 3 5/8% notes outstanding and €183,048,000 of the 4 7/8% notes outstanding.

Since late May, the company has been repurchasing notes from the two series of notes.

Matterhorn Mobile is a wireless telecommunications company based in Renens, Switzerland.
