AMC Networks calls remaining 7¾% notes due 2021 for redemption
New York, June 14 – AMC Networks Inc. said it will redeem the $45,551,000 of its 7¾% senior notes due July 15, 2021 that are still outstanding.
The debt will be repaid on July 15 at 103.875% of par plus accrued interest, according to a notice from the company.
AMC Networks previously carried out a tender offer for the notes, buying $654 million in the offer, which ended on March 29.
The purchase price in the tender was 105.857% of par.
AMC is a New York-based owner and operator of brands in cable television.
