HealthSouth to redeem $50 million of 7¾% notes due 2022 at 103.875

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 24 – HealthSouth Corp. plans to redeem $50 million of its outstanding 7¾% senior notes due Sept. 15, 2022, according to a notice.

The March 24 redemption will be at a price of 103.875. The company will also pay accrued interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Based in Birmingham, Ala., HealthSouth is an owner and operator of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.
