Bumi Serpong Damai unit tallies tenders for $146.42 million 6¾% notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 11 – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., announced that holders had tendered $146,416,000 of its 6¾% senior notes due 2020 in the cash tender offer that expired at 11 a.m. ET on Oct. 10.

The company had begun the tender offer for its outstanding $225 million of 6¾% notes on Sept. 27.

The purchase price is $1,075 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest to the settlement date.

The issuer said it expects to accept all of the tendered notes for purchase, subject to a financing condition. The company had previously announced an offering of new dollar-denominated senior notes.

Settlement is slated for Oct. 16.
