Leopard CLO IV subordinated noteholders exercise optional redemption

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 11 – Leopard CLO IV BV said holders of more than 50% of the aggregate principal amount of its outstanding subordinated notes elected to redeem the company’s notes in August, according to a notice.

The following are affected:

• €15.5 million of class C1 senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €7 million of class C2 senior secured deferrable fixed-rate notes due 2022;

• €20.655 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €11.25 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €41,575,000 of subordinated notes due 2022;

• €10 million of class O combination notes due 2022;

• €10 million of class R combination notes due 2022; and

• €5 million of class Z combination notes due 2022.
