Com Hem calls Norcell’s €186.59 million 10¾% notes due 2019 at 105.375

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Oct. 8 – Com Hem Holding AB said subsidiary NorCell Sweden Holding 2 AB has issued a call for its €186,587,700 of 10¾% senior notes due 2019.

The notes will be redeemed at 105.375% of par plus accrued interest to the redemption date of Nov. 14. The record date will be Nov. 13, and the payment date will be Nov. 16.

The redemption is conditioned on lenders of the company’s existing credit facilities providing financing for the call, according to a company press release.

The company said it would issue a press release on Nov. 13 whether the conditions for redemption would be satisfied or waived.

Com Hem said it “will continue to seek long-term diversified sources of funding with a mix of capital market and bank financing.”

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. (fax +44 0 207 547 6149, trust and securities services) is the trustee; Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (fax +44 0 207 547 6149, trust and securities services) is the principal paying agent; Deutsche Bank Luxembourg, SA (fax +352 473 136, trust and securities ops) is the registrar, Luxembourg paying agent and transfer agent; and Nordea Bank AB is the security agent.

Com Hem said on Sept. 15 that it planned to redeem the notes issued by NorCell as part of a refinancing that could include new bond issues.

Com Hem is a Stockholm-based supplier of television, high-speed broadband and fixed telephony.
