Range Resources to redeem all $500 million 6¾% notes at 103.375

Madison, Wis., July 1 – Range Resources Corp. called for redemption all $500 million of its 6¾% senior subordinated notes due 2020, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 3 at 103.375% of par plus accrued interest.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee for the notes.

Range Resources is an oil and natural gas producer based in Fort Worth.
