Infor calls 10% senior notes due 2019 at 107.5

Chicago, April 8 – Infor (US), Inc. said it called its 10% senior notes due 2019.

The notes will be redeemed at 107.5% of par plus accrued interest to the redemption date of April 15, according to a company press release.

The paying agent is Citibank, NA, London Branch.

Infor is an Alpharetta, Ga.-based provider of enterprise software and services.
