National Fuel Gas fails to get consents to amend 7.395%, 7.375% notes

Chicago, Dec. 4 - National Fuel Gas Co. said that holders had not delivered the needed consents to amend its 7.395% medium-term series B notes due 2023 and 7.375% medium-term series C notes due 2025.

The solicitation expired at 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 3. It began on Nov. 20.

The cash payment would have been $5.00 per $1,000 principal amount.

The specific amendments were not disclosed in the press release announcing the solicitation, as previously noted.
