Plains End again extends consent, waiver solicitation for 6.01% notes
New York, May 1 - Plains End Financing, LLC said it extended once again the consent and waiver solicitation for its 6.01% senior secured bonds due 2028, which began on March 13. It also increased the consent fee.
Holders may now deliver their consents until 5 p.m. ET on May 7.
The solicitation has been extended from May 3, April 26, April 19, April 12, April 5, March 29 and March 22.
The fee for consents is now $5 per $1,000 principal amount, up from $1.50.
As noted before, the company is seeking consents from holders of the outstanding 6.01% bonds to waive a change-of-control repurchase obligation in the indenture governing the bonds.
