HealthSouth calls $30.15 million 7¼% notes, $27.9 million 7¾% notes

Minneapolis, Oct. 31 - HealthSouth Corp. called $30.15 million of its 7¼% senior notes due 2018 and $27.9 million of its 7¾% senior notes due 2022, according to two notices.

The notes will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest on Nov. 29.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the successor trustee.

HealthSouth is a Birmingham, Ala.-based owner and operator of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.
