JPMorgan redeems $1.24 million trigger phoenix autocallables on eBay

Madison, Wis., May 10 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. gave notice that it redeemed all $1,238,820 of its outstanding trigger phoenix autocallable optimization securities due Feb. 7, 2013 linked to the common stock of eBay Inc.

The securities (Cusip: 48126B418) were redeemed on May 9 at par plus a contingent coupon of 11.5% per year.
