BofA redeems $2 million notes tied to Amazon.com, JPMorgan

Madison, Wis., May 4 - Bank of America Corp. said it redeemed its $2 million of outstanding autocallable notes due Nov. 5, 2013 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. in full on May 4.

The notes (Cusip: 06051N765) were redeemed at par of $10.00 plus a contingent quarterly coupon of $0.4875.
