Signum Finance buys back UAH 100 million of variable-rate notes

Kansas City, Kan., April 16 - Signum Finance BV repurchased UAH 100 million of its series 2010-01 secured variable-rate notes due 2015, according to a notice.

Following the transaction, UAH 200 million of the notes remain outstanding.

The repurchase was completed April 3.
