China's Texhong Textile buys back $3 million of 7 5/8% notes due 2016

Madison, Wis., June 8 - Texhong Textile Group Ltd. repurchased $3 million of its 7 5/8% senior notes due 2016 in the open market. The repurchased notes will be canceled before the end of June, according to a company news release.
The company priced $200 million of the notes in January 2011 at par.
Texhong Textile is a cotton and spandex fabric supplier based in Shanghai.
