Dryden V Leveraged Loan calls $321 million of notes due December 2015

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 28 - Dryden V Leveraged Loan CDO 2003 Corp. plans to redeem nine classes of its notes due Dec. 22, 2015, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 24 at a price determined by a pro rata allocation of the amounts in the collection account available to pay a final distribution on the notes on the redemption date, in accordance with Cayman Islands law.

The following notes are affected:

• $253 million class A floating-rate senior notes;

• $17 million class B-1 floating-rate senior notes;

• $10 million class B-2 fixed-rate senior notes;

• $9 million class C-1 floating-rate deferrable notes;

• $6.5 million class C-2 fixed-rate deferrable notes;

• $7.5 million class D-1 floating-rate deferrable notes;

• $5 million class D-2 floating-rate deferrable notes;

• $4.5 million class D-3 fixed-rate deferrable notes; and

• $8.5 million class E floating-rate deferrable notes.
