Centennial Communications calls all outstanding 10¾% senior subordinated notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 4 - Centennial Communications Corp. announced it will redeem the remaining $20 million of its outstanding 10¾% senior subordinated notes due Dec. 15, 2008.

The redemption is slated for Nov. 5.

The notes will be redeemed at face value with no prepayment penalties.

Centennial Communications is a Wall, N.J.-based provider of regional wireless and integrated communications services.
