S&P might up Transworld

S&P said it placed its CCC corporate credit rating, and all other ratings, on Transworld Systems Inc. on CreditWatch with positive implications.

"The CreditWatch placement follows the announcement that Transworld won a five-year, $417 million DoE student loan default collection program contract," S&P credit analyst William Savage said in a news release.

The agency believes the contract will facilitate the receipt of additional funds from the company's sponsors or bankers.
