New Issue: Transmission Agency of Northern California sells $174.07 million bonds

New York, Feb. 24 – The Transmission Agency of Northern California priced $174,065,000 of series 2016A revenue refunding bonds for the Oregon-California Transmission Project, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/A+) were sold through senior manager Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2020 to 2039 with 5% coupons and yields from 0.81% to 3.12%.
Proceeds will be used to refund the agency’s series 2002 and 2003 variable-rate bonds, to refund its series 2009 fixed-rate bonds and to terminate related swap agreements.
