Hong Kong's Titan Petrochemicals to sell $300-$400 million bonds via Morgan Stanley

St. Louis, Feb. 16 - Titan Petrochemicals Group Ltd. is expected to come to the international bond market with an offering of between $300 million and $400 million of notes (BB-), according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley has the bookrunning mandate.

The source added that the structure as well as the size of the offering remain to be determined.

The transaction is expected to take shape in early March.

Titan Petrochemicals is a Hong Kong-based trader of petrochemicals and oil products.
