California calls $250 million of Stem Cell Research & Cures bonds

Milwaukee, Oct. 7 – The State of California gave notice that it will redeem $250 million of its Stem Cell Research and Cures general obligation bonds, series 2007A, on Oct. 29.

The 5.168% bonds, which are due 2037, will be redeemed at par with accrued interest up to the redemption date.
