Taylor Bean unsecured creditors committee reappointed

Portland, Ore., Dec. 11 - Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was reappointed by its U.S. trustee to include David Petro of ICBA Mortgage Inc. of Washington, D.C., according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

ICBA will replace James Gregory Hicks of Marchman, Kasraie & Fodor of Atlanta, who resigned from the committee on Oct. 6, according to the filing.

The other members of the committee include Sheryl Newman, representing Lender Processing Services, Inc. and related affiliates of Jacksonville, Fla.; Craig Zinda of First American Real Estate Tax Service, LLC of Westlake, Texas; Erika Lance of Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. of Palm Harbor, Fla.; and Martin Tabinowitz of American Express, based in New York.

Taylor Bean, an Ocala, Fla.-based mortgage banker, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 24. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-07047.
