Targa Resources to launch new credit facility on Thursday

New York, July 17 - Targa Resources Inc. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Thursday to launch a proposed senior secured credit facility, a company spokesman told Prospect News.

Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank are the lead banks on the deal.

Targa is a Houston-based midstream energy company.
