New Issue: Shriram’s India Vehicle prices $300 million 5.85% notes due 2030

Chicago, March 19 – Shriram Finance Ltd.’s India Vehicle Finance priced $300 million of 5.85% category 1 notes due in 2030 on Monday, according to a market source.

The notes priced at par. Initial talk was in the 6.15% area.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, DBS Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered Bank worked as bookrunners.

Shriram is formed from the merger of Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. and Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. The company is part of Shriram Group.
