China’s State Grid Overseas Investment lists $15 billion note program

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 30 – State Grid Overseas Investment (BVI) Ltd. is listing a $15 billion medium-term note program, according to a notice on Monday.

Notes issued under the program will be guaranteed by State Grid Corp. of China.

The arrangers for the program are ICBC International, Bank of China, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, DBS Bank Ltd. and Mizuho Securities.

The Regulation S program is expected to become effective Aug. 31.

The issuer is a state-owned entity focused on electricity distribution services.
