Superior Air Charter official committee of unsecured creditors named

Pittsburgh, May 13 – Superior Air Charter, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Kate Chilton of Netflix, Inc., based in Los Angeles; Paul Rahe of Jet Support Services, Inc. of Chicago; John Traub of Reno, Nev.; Joseph Nettemeyer of San Jose, Calif.; and John Danahy of Winchester, N.H.

Superior Air Charter is a Dallas-based transportation company. The company filed bankruptcy on April 28 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11007.
