Moody’s changes Sabert outlook to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised its outlook for Sabert Corp. to stable from negative and affirmed its B2 ratings.

"The change in outlook to stable reflects improvement in Sabert's free cash flow generation during the second half of 2022, and the company's focus on debt reduction," said Motoki Yanase, a Moody’s vice president and senior credit officer, in a press release.
