SH 130 Concession exclusive plan-filing period extended through June 1

Pittsburgh, May 3 – SH 130 Concession Co., LLC’s exclusive period for filing a Chapter 11 plan was extended through June 1 from May 15 under a stipulation filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

The exclusive period to solicit votes on a plan was also extended to June 15 from May 31.

The executive director of the Department of Transportation agreed to the extension.

SH 130 is a Buda, Texas-based highway operator. The company filed for bankruptcy on March 2, 2016 under Chapter 11 case number 16-10262.
