Hong Kong’s Southwest Securities plans dollar-denominated bonds

Columbus, Ohio, May 7 – Southwest Securities International Securities Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated bonds, according to a company announcement.
Southwest Securities International, Haitong International, CLSA, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch and Zhongtai International are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S deal with Southwest, Haiong and CLSA the global coordinators.
Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for working capital.
The issuer is a financial services company based in Hong Kong. Its controlling shareholder is Southwest Securities Co. Ltd.
