Hong Kong’s Southwest Securities plans up to $200 million bonds

New York, Dec. 15 – Southwest Securities International Securities Ltd. announced that it plans to conduct an international offering of up to $200 million of bonds with a tenor of not more than three years, subject to market conditions.

The new bonds to be denominated in U.S. dollars or Hong Kong dollars and will price ahead of the April 17, 2021 maturity of its existing $200 million 6.9% bonds, which were issued on April 18, 2019.

The issuer is a financial services company based in Hong Kong. Its controlling shareholder is Southwest Securities Co. Ltd.
