Virginia Beach, Sept. 15 – Hong Kong’s Swire Pacific MTN Financing priced $500 million 3 7/8% 10-year notes at 99.893 to yield Treasuries plus 172.5 basis points on Monday, a market source said.
HSBC Securities and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners.
The notes were issued under Swire Properties MTN Financing’s $3 billion medium-term note program.
Swire is a commercial, retail and residential property developer and manager.
