China's Swire Pacific plans HK$250 million 10-year senior notes

New York, Feb. 28 - Swire Pacific MTN Financing Ltd. (A-) announced plans to offer HK$250 million of 10-year senior unsecured fixed-rate notes, according to a market source.

The proposed notes will be due in March 2018.

Swire is a Hong Kong-based holding company.
