Suffolk County, N.Y., offers $50 million renewal BANs

New York, March 16 - Suffolk County, N.Y., plans to sell $50 million of series 2012A bond anticipation renewal notes on Tuesday, according to a notice of sale.

The notes (/SP-1+/F1+) will be sold on a competitive basis with Goldman Sachs & Co. as the financial adviser.

The notes are due June 15, 2013.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements in the county.
