India's Strides Arcolab to sell up to $40 million convertibles

New York, Feb. 4 - Strides Arcolab Ltd. said its board of directors approved an offering of up to $40 million of foreign currency convertible bonds.

The Bangalore, India, pharmaceutical company said proceeds will be used to fund expansion.
