S&P downgrades St. Petersburg
Standard & Poor's said it lowered its long-term issuer credit rating on the City of St. Petersburg to BBB- from BBB. The outlook remains negative.
The rating action on St. Petersburg follows S&P's downgrade of the Russian Federation on April 25.
