New York, Sept. 9 - St. Joseph County in Indiana sold $150 million of series 2009 educational facilities revenue refunding bonds on Wednesday for the University of Notre Dame du Lac, said a pricing sheet.
The 5% bonds (Aaa) are due 2036 and priced at par.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. was the lead manager. The co-managers were Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities Inc.
Proceeds will be used to refund the university's series 1998 and 2005 bonds.
