Ukraine's Stirol mandates ING for three-year dollar-denominated bond issue

New York, July 12 - Stirol has mandated ING as lead manager and bookrunner for a three-year offering of dollar-denominated bonds, according to a market source.

A roadshow is scheduled to start next week in Asia and Europe.

The roadshow kicks off Monday in Manila, followed by Singapore on Tuesday and Hong Kong on Wednesday. The roadshow then stops in Zurich and Geneva, Switzerland, on July 21, Frankfurt, Germany, and Vienna, Austria, on July 22 and finishes on July 25 in London.

The proposed issue will be sold under Regulation S.

Stirol, an ammonia producer, is based in Golovka in the Donetsk region in the Ukraine.
