Station Casinos creditors committee amended; Wilmington Trust added

Portland, Ore., Aug. 25 - Station Casinos, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was amended by acting U.S. trustee Sara Kistler to include Steven Cimalore of Wilmington Trust Co. of Wilmington, Del., according to a Tuesday filing.

Todd Molz of Oaktree Capital Management, LP of Los Angeles is no longer on the committee.

The other members of the committee are: Richard Hiersteiner of indenture trustee Law Debenture Trust Co. of New York; Chris Jacobs of Western Asset Management Co. of Pasadena, Calif.; Nate Van Duzer of Fidelity Management & Research Co. of Boston; and Kevin Limker of Serengeti Asset Management, LP of New York.

Station, a Las Vegas-based casino company, filed for bankruptcy on July 28. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-52470.
