Southern Air's three-member creditors committee appointed by trustee

Wilmington, Del., Nov 21 - Southern Air Holdings, Inc.'s three-member official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by the U.S. Trustee for Region 3, according to a Nov. 21 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis appointed:

• Barry E. Mukamal, liquidating trustee for Arrow Air Unsecured Creditor Trust, Miami, Fla.;

• Mark Walenczyk of Memphis, Tenn., representing Williams Aerospace, LLC; and

• Sally Reed of Milford, Conn., representing Aquinas Consulting, LLC.

Southern Air, a Norwalk, Conn.-based cargo carrier, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 28 under Chapter 11 case number 12-12690.
