Skyfame’s Hong Kong petition is dismissed by court

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 28 – Hong Kong’s Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Ltd. announced that on Aug. 28 the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ordered that the company’s Hong Kong petition be dismissed, according to a notice.

As previously reported, the company’s winding-up petition was scheduled be heard by the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court Bermuda on Feb. 3 and the winding-up petition presented by Seazen Resources Investment Ltd. for non-payment of $22 million in principal and interest in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region was held on Dec. 14, 2022.

Skyfame is a Hong Kong-based property development investment holding company.
