New Issue: Singapore's SingTel Group to issue $100 million of floaters due 2018

Madison, Wis., Sept. 2 - Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. announced that its subsidiary SingTel Group Treasury Pte. Ltd. will issue $100 million of floating-rate notes due Sept. 12, 2018 on Sept. 12. The parent company will guarantee the notes.

HSBC Ltd. is the manager for the offering, according to a company news release.

The notes are being issued under the company's S$10 billion euro medium-term note program.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

SingTel is a broadband service provider based in Singapore.
