New Issue: Taiwan’s Sinbon prices NT$500 million 0% three-year bonds at par

Morgantown, W.Va., March 9 – Sinbon Electronics Co., Ltd. plans to issue NT$500 million of three-year bonds, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.

The zero-coupon bonds will be issued at par.

Taishin Securities will act as underwriter for the sixth issue bonds.

Proceeds will be used to repay loans and to improve the company’s financial structure.

Sinbon manufactures and sells computer peripherals, wires and other electronic parts. The company is based in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
