New Issue: Latvia’s SIA ExpressCredit arranges €5 million of 14% bonds due 2021

Chicago, Oct. 24 – SIA ExpressCredit registered to issue €5 million of 14% bonds due 2021 on Oct. 17.

On Oct. 17, JSC Latvijas Centralais Depozitarijs has registered 5,000 bonds of SIA ExpressCredit’s 14% notes due 2021 with the nominal value of €1,000 each, according to a company notice.

The bond placement will be organized by JSC (AS) Baltikums Bank.

Proceeds will be used for the development of the company, particularly for the development of consumer crediting, the release noted.

Based in Riga, SIA ExpressCredit is a licensed non-bank lending institution. It operates 95 pawnshops under the brand name Lombards24.lv in 38 Latvian cities.
