China's Shun Tak taps two leads for roadshow, dollar-denominated notes

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Feb. 22 - China's Shun Tak Holdings Ltd. is on a roadshow for a dollar-denominated offering of notes with bookrunners Credit Agricole and HSBC, a market source said.

The marketing trip is taking place in Hong Kong and Singapore.

The notes are part of a $1 billion medium-term note program established on Feb. 20.

Proceeds from notes issued under the program will be used for general corporate purposes.

Shun Tak is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
