New Issue: Shriram Transport prices $500 million 4.4% notes due 2024

New York, Jan. 13 – India’s Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. issued $500 million of 4.4% senior secured notes due 2024, according to a listing notice.

Barclays Bank plc, BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, Emirates NBD Bank PJSC, HSBC, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Standard Chartered Bank are lead managers and bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes, which will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The Mumbai-based company provides financing for commercial vehicles.
