Scooter Store marks negative $48,297 of adjusted EBITDA in May period

New York, June 20 – Scooter Store Holdings, Inc. posted adjusted EBITDA of negative $48,297 for May on zero net sales, according to its monthly operating report filed June 20 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In comparison, the company reported adjusted EBITDA of negative $138,077 for April, also on zero net sales.

The loss from operations for May was $48,297, down from a $138,077 loss from operations in April.

Scooter Store also reported a $415,324 net loss for May, narrowing from $501,950 reported for April.

The company had $295,855 in cash and cash equivalents as of May 31, while it had $404,564 as of April 30.

Scooter Store, a New Braunfels, Texas-based provider of power mobility products, filed for bankruptcy on April 15, 2013. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-10904.
